All badges referencing LAW ENFORCEMENT or
SECURITY AGENCIES, entity name or rank MUST be accompanied by official authorization in the form of a written and signed authorization on your official letterhead in addition to a copy of your official picture identification card. Please send this as soon as possible after submitting your order.

Your order will not be processed until we receive the authorization. The preferred method to expedite this process is to send your authorization by fax.

NOTE ON REFINSHING GUARANTEE:

Blackinton® Hi-Glo®, Rho-Glo®, VHB K.K.® and Two-Tone badges are refinished at no charge, however a $10.00 (U.S.) handling charge does apply. Our refinishing guarantee is valid until the badges become overly worn from polishing. Badges beyond repair due to abuse or overly worn will be returned without refinishing and the handling charge will still apply.

NOTE ON CUSTOM LETTERING:

The size of the lettering will be determined by Blackinton® according to the size of the item. Your order may designate the style of lettering but not the size. If Roman Style lettering is chosen and does not fit the item which is ordered, we reserve the right to change to Block Style and/or abbreviate as necessary to fit the item. Roman Style lettering is standard for applied panel badges.
